In its Form 10-Q quarterly report for the quarter ended December 31, 2019, the Trust stated that “[t]he Wind-Down Entity expects that the liquidation of the Wind-Down Subsidiaries’ assets will be completed during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.”  The anticipated liquidation period may be extended for various reasons, including delays in construction and/or sales.
