Frederick Chin is the Wind-Down CEO.  He previously served as the Debtors’ CEO for most of the Debtors’ chapter 11 cases. Mr. Chin has extensive consulting and restructuring experience and has led, operated, and advised under-performing and high-growth real estate companies. Specifically, he has experience managing and enhancing liquidity and developing and implementing turnaround improvement plans and processes to achieve operational efficiency and increase accountability.
