Woodbridge Liquidation Trust
This site has been created on behalf of the Woodbridge Liquidation Trust (the “Trust”) to provide the holders of Liquidation Trust Interests with information about the Trust.
The Trust is a Delaware statutory trust. The Trust was established pursuant to, and on the effective date of, the Debtors’ First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation (the “Plan”). The Plan was confirmed by order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”) on October 26, 2018. The effective date of the Plan (the “Effective Date”) was February 15, 2019.
The Liquidation Trustee of the Trust is Michael Goldberg. The Delaware Trustee of the Trust is Wilmington Trust, National Association. Legal counsel for the Trust is Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP. Before the Effective Date, Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP served as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in the Debtors’ chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
